Shipping policy

Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, contact our customer service via email support@melstudiojewellery.com

When you complete a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number.

Shipping costs and expected delivery time is as follows:

Portugal - Continental

  • Less than 30€ - Standard Shipping (2.50€)
  • More than 30€ - Free Standard Shipping
  • For Azores and Madeira, allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.

Europe (except UK and Switzerland)

  • Less than 75€ - Choose between Standard Shipping (10€) or Express Shipping (20€)
  • More than 75€ - Free Standard Shipping (5 - 14 working days)
  • More than 100€ - Free Express Shipping (3 - 5 working days)

All of our orders are sent through Batch (https://www.itsabatch.com/), Iberomail (for international orders through Standard Shipping - https://iberomail.com/pt/inicio/) or DLH or Fedex (for international orders through Express Shipping). As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number. This number will let you track your order through the entire shipping process in the corresponding website. If, for some reason, you don't receive your order but the tracking information states that the package was delivered, Mel Studio will not be held responsible for it. We promise to make our best effort to try to understand with our partner if there was a specific problem but, if no solution arises from that contact, we will not refund any amount corresponding to the order.

Note: Users are responsible for any clearance or customs fees charged at the country of destination. Such expenses may apply in accordance with your local law. All our products are shipped from Portugal, a European Union member country.
